Al-Aqsa Camp Management

About this project

Al-Aqsa Camp Management System is a production-quality web application engineered to digitize and streamline the operations of displacement camps. Developed as a graduation project at the University of Palestine, the system was designed to address the critical real-world need for organized, data-driven humanitarian aid management.

The platform supports multiple user roles — administrators, aid coordinators, security personnel, and displaced individuals — each with tailored dashboards and access controls enforced through a robust RBAC system.

Core features include:

  • Real-time family and individual registration
  • Aid package tracking and distribution scheduling
  • Complaint submission and resolution workflow
  • Security task assignment and incident logging
  • Admin analytics dashboard with exportable reports

Built with React.js and Next.js on the frontend with Tailwind CSS for responsive, mobile-first UI. The backend uses Next.js API Routes with Prisma ORM and MongoDB for the database layer and authentication. The project was recognized for its technical depth and real-world humanitarian impact.
